Large Signature Chinese Salad

Method

Large Signature Chinese Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the salad base

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onions, and mandarin oranges.

  2. 2

    Add crunchy elements

Sprinkle the chow mein noodles on top of the salad mixture.

  3. 3

    Dress the salad

Pour the sesame dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Serve

Transfer the salad to a large serving platter or bowl and serve immediately.

Medium Chicken Entrees

  1. 5

    Marinate the chicken

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 6

    Cook the chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  3. 7

    Garnish

Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve on a platter, garnished with chopped green onions.

Cream Cheese Wontons

  1. 8

    Prepare the filling

In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with finely chopped green onions until well combined.

  2. 9

    Assemble the wontons

Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold over to create a triangle, sealing tightly.

  3. 10

    Fry the wontons

In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 11

    Serve

Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Vegetable Spring Rolls

  1. 12

    Prepare the filling

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and fresh mint leaves.

  2. 13

    Soften rice paper wrappers

Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds, or until pliable.

  3. 14

    Assemble the spring rolls

Place a small amount of the vegetable filling in the center of a softened rice paper wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.

  4. 15

    Serve

Serve the spring rolls with soy sauce for dipping.
