Preparation
- 1
Select and Wash Oranges
Choose 4 medium-sized oranges that are firm and slightly heavy for their size. Wash them under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- 2
Peel and Segment Oranges
Using a sharp knife, carefully peel the oranges. Remove as much of the white pith as possible. Segment the oranges by cutting between the membranes to release the orange slices into a bowl.
- 3
Prepare Honey Drizzle
In a small bowl, measure out 2 tablespoons of honey. If the honey is too thick, you can warm it slightly in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.
- 4
Chop Mint Leaves
Rinse the mint leaves under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Stack the leaves, roll them tightly, and chop them finely.
Assembly
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a large serving bowl, gently toss the segmented oranges with the chopped mint leaves.
