Main Ingredients

Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steaks

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Steaks

Add the small steaks to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.

Cooking the Steaks

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the steaks on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your preferred doneness.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steaks

Once cooked, transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat.

Optional Sides Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Mixed Vegetables

In a separate pan, sauté the mixed vegetables in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Cook peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. 8

    Heat the Gravy

In a small saucepan, heat the gravy over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
