Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Steak
Place the sirloin steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400-450°F or 200-230°C).
- 4
Cook the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 5
Rest the Steaks
Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
Serving
- 6
Slice and Garnish
Slice the steaks against the grain into thin strips. Arrange the sliced steak on a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
