Chicken Preparation
Wrap Assembly
Method
Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beat the egg in another, and place breadcrumbs in a third. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Wrap Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Wrap
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place one cooked chicken breast in the center, add a layer of pickle chips, and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
- 5
Wrap it Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it from the bottom up tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- 6
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
