Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Wash the cherry tomatoes and set them aside. Peel the cucumber and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. If using cooked chicken breast, cut it into cubes as well.

  2. 2

    Soak Wooden Skewers

If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.

Assembling Skewers

  1. 3

    Skewer the Ingredients

Take a soaked wooden skewer and start adding the ingredients. Alternate between cherry tomatoes, cucumber cubes, cheddar cheese, bell pepper pieces, and chicken cubes. Aim for around 4-5 pieces per skewer.

Cooking (Optional)

  1. 4

    Grill or Bake the Skewers

If you want to grill the skewers, preheat your grill to medium heat. Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cheese is slightly melted and everything is heated through. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve

Serve the skewers warm or at room temperature. They can be enjoyed as a snack or served at parties and gatherings.
