Preparation
- 1
Wash the Ingredients
Thoroughly wash the apples and oranges under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
- 2
Prepare the Lime
Cut the lime in half. Set aside one half for juicing and the other for garnish, if desired.
Juicing

Juice the Apples
Core the apples and cut them into quarters. Use a juicer to extract the juice from the apple quarters. Collect the juice in a large measuring cup or pitcher.
- 4
Juice the Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and juice them using the juicer. Add the orange juice to the pitcher with the apple juice.
- 5
Juice the Lime
Squeeze the juice from the prepared lime half into the pitcher. Be careful to avoid adding any seeds.
Finishing Touches
- 6
Add Mint
Chop the fresh mint leaves and add them to the juice mixture. Stir well to combine.
- 7
Serve Chilled
Pour the freshly squeezed juice into glasses over ice, if desired, and garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint.
