Preparing the Noodles

Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the bún noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, until tender.

Drain and Rinse
Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Preparing the Lemongrass Topping

Cook the Chicken
Add sliced chicken breast to the wok. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Season the Chicken
Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving

Assemble the Dish
In a bowl, place a portion of the cooked bún noodles. Top with the lemongrass chicken and any optional proteins (pork balls or veggie spring rolls).

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped cilantro, mint leaves, and bean sprouts. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
