Preparation

Prepare the Glass

Start by rimming your glass with Tajín. To do this, moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip it into Tajín to coat the edge.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, guava juice, agave syrup, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake It Up

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Make sure to pour gently to avoid disturbing the rim.

Garnish

Garnish your drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Optionally, sprinkle a little extra Tajín on top of the drink for added flavor.
