In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, and lemon juice to create a marinade. Coat the pork chops with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Pork Chops
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Once melted and bubbling, add the marinated pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
3. Rest and Serve
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
