Pork Chop Preparation

Prepare the Pork Chops
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Roast the Pork Chops
Transfer the seared pork chops to a baking dish and sprinkle with fresh thyme and rosemary. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Make the Herb-Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Keep warm until serving.
