Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bruschetta

In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven until golden.

Main Course

  1. 2

    Cook the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Add butter and fresh rosemary, basting the chops. Finish with lemon juice.

Dessert

  1. 3

    Make Chocolate Mousse

Melt dark chocolate and let it cool. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale. Fold the chocolate into the egg mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
