Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

2

Form the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

3

Cook the Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.

5

Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the skillet until golden brown.

6

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer lettuce, a slice of tomato, the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, bacon, a fried egg, and avocado slices. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and place it on top to complete the burger.
