In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
