1. Prepare the Seafood

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, add mussels and clams, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until they open. Discard any that remain closed. If using raw lobster tails, steam them for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

2. Assembly

On a large platter, arrange the shredded lettuce as a bed. Artfully place the shrimp, mussels, clams, lobster tails, and crab legs on top of the lettuce. Fill in any gaps with lemon wedges.

3. Serve with Dipping Sauces

Serve the grand plateau with cocktail sauce and garlic butter sauce on the side for dipping.
