Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness. Take the chilled herb butter from the refrigerator, cut it into rounds, and place a piece in the center of each chicken breast. Fold the sides of the chicken over the butter and roll it up tightly, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Carefully add the chicken rolls and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
Serve
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
