Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

Season the Mixture
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Warm the Refried Beans
In a separate pot, warm the refried beans over low heat until heated through.

Assemble the Burritos
On each flour tortilla, spread a quarter cup of refried beans and a quarter of the beef mixture. Sprinkle with both types of cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.

Bake the Burritos
Place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Cover with homemade red sauce and sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
