In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Once risen, punch down the dough and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll it out into a pumpkin shape, about 12 inches in diameter.

Transfer the shaped dough onto a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange pepperoni slices in a pumpkin face design. Use black olives for the eyes.
