Method
Preparing the Dough

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.

Make the Dough
Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let it Rise
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preparing Stuffed Crust

Incorporate Garlic and Cheese
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a large circle, about 14 inches in diameter. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and minced garlic around the edge of the dough.

Fold and Seal
Fold the edge of the dough over the cheese and garlic, pinching it to seal the filling inside.

Prepare for Baking
Transfer the stuffed crust to a greased pizza stone or baking tray. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Baking the Pizza

Add Toppings
Add your desired pizza toppings on top of the stuffed crust.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Making Garlic Dipping Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate the dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
