Method
Preparation
- 1
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
- 2
Combine Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, water, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- 3
Add Optional Ingredients
If using, add garlic powder and dried oregano to the wet mixture, stirring to combine.
Forming the Crust
- 4
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.

Shape the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper. With your hands, press the dough into a round shape, about ½ inch thick. If necessary, use a rolling pin, but ensure to keep it floured to prevent sticking.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Bake the Crust
Transfer the shaped crust on the parchment paper to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the crust is firm.
Serving

Cool and Slice
Once baked, remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice into 6 pieces and serve with your favorite toppings!
