Creamy Garlic Sauce
Method
Cook the Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Pasta
Add 8 cups of pasta to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
Prepare Seafood

Cook Shrimp and Scallops
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 lb of shrimp and 1 lb of scallops to the skillet. Sauté until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make Creamy Garlic Sauce

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Season Sauce
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Combine Ingredients

Finish with Parsley
Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley for freshness. Serve immediately.
