Burger Patties
- 1
Prepare the Fish
Finely chop the salmon, snapper, and ahi tuna fillets. You can also pulse them in a food processor until coarsely minced.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped fish, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- 3
Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1 inch thick.
- 4
Cook the Patties
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
Coleslaw

Mix Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Toss Coleslaw
Toss everything together until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Tartar Sauce
