Slice the Ahi Tuna
Using a sharp knife, slice the Ahi tuna into thin, even slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Ensure to cut against the grain for a more tender bite.

Prepare the Napa Cabbage
Wash the Napa cabbage thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted leaves and chop the cabbage into thin shreds. Place the shredded cabbage in a bowl and set aside.

On a serving plate, create a bed of shredded Napa cabbage. Arrange the sliced Ahi tuna on top of the cabbage in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
