Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Form the Crust
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust layer.

Bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth and well combined.

Fill the Crust
Pour the filling mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Filling
Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream over the cooled key lime pie, smoothing it out evenly.

Garnish with lime wedges on top for presentation and extra flavor.
