Prepare the Beef

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, season the ground beef chuck with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Make the Bacon Cheddar Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and chop. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and smooth. Add chopped bacon.

Combine Everything
In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi with the beef, and pour the bacon cheddar sauce over the top. Toss to combine. Top with pickles, red onion, tomato, iceberg lettuce, and a drizzle of fancy sauce.
