Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

Gather all ingredients: eggs, salt, black pepper, and butter.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan

In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until melted.

  3. 3

    Crack the eggs

Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl. Be careful not to break the yolks.

  4. 4

    Add seasoning

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the eggs and whisk gently.

  5. 5

    Cook the eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

  6. 6

    Scramble the eggs

Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing them from the edges to the center. Cook until they are softly scrambled and no longer runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove from heat

Once cooked to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat and set aside.

Making the Toast

  1. 8

    Prepare the bread

While the eggs are cooking, take 2 slices of bread.

  2. 9

    Toast the bread

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  3. 10

    Butter the toast

Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the hot toast while it is still warm.

Serving

  1. 11

    Plate the dish

On a plate, serve the scrambled eggs alongside the buttered toast.

  2. 12

    Enjoy your breakfast

Serve immediately and enjoy your classic breakfast dish!
