Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Gnarly sauce) until evenly coated.

Serve
Serve the wings hot with homemade ranch dressing on the side.
