Mini Burger Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- 2
Bake the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- 3
Make the Burger Patty
While the fries are baking, shape the ground beef into two small patties. Season them with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 4
Cook the Patties
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Toast the sourdough buns lightly in the skillet or oven. Place a cooked patty on each bun, and top with any desired sauces or toppings.
- 6
Serve
Serve the mini burgers with a side of seasoned fries.
