Prepare the Mac and Cheese
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.

Combine Mac and Cheese
Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well coated. Allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the Ranch Dressing
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Assemble the Burger
Spread a layer of macaroni and cheese on the bottom half of the sourdough bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, add crispy bacon, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with another layer of mac and cheese and finish with the top half of the bun.

Cut the burger in half if desired and serve immediately.
