Chili Mac Fries Recipe
Seasoned fries topped with our homemade chili and homemade mac and cheese then smothered in cheddar and monterey jack cheese. Served with our homemade ranch.

Preparation and Assembly

Prepare the Fries
Bake or deep fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Keep warm.

Make the Chili
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add chili beans, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Assemble the Chili Mac Fries
On a serving plate, layer the crispy fries, followed by a generous amount of chili. Top with the mac and cheese mixture. Sprinkle additional cheese on top and melt under a broiler for a few minutes if desired.

Serve with Ranch
Drizzle ranch dressing over the top or serve on the side for dipping.
