1. Make the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool.

2. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.

3. Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Make the Blueberry Topping
