Pasta and Sauce
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Marinara Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3
Add the Meat (if using)
If you're making a meat sauce, add the ground beef or sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- 4
Combine with Marinara
Pour marinara sauce into the skillet and add dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- 6
Serve
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired. Enjoy your all-you-can-eat Bollo Pasta!
