Boom Dip Ingredients

Method

Boom Dip Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, wilt the fresh spinach until just tender, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop coarsely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach and drained artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Prepare Pizza Crust Chips

While the dip is baking, slice the pizza crust into triangles or strips. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with the pizza crust chips for dipping.
