1. Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add Tomatoes and Chipotle

Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes and minced chipotle peppers. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add Cream
