Prepare the Pork Belly
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork belly with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and the skin is crispy. Remove from the oven and let it rest.

Prepare the Bone Marrow
Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Place the beef bone marrow bones upright on a baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the marrow is soft and bubbly.

Crisp the Pork Belly
Once rested, slice the pork belly and place the slices under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the skin is extra crispy.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, arrange the roasted bone marrow bones. Top each bone with crispy pork belly slices and a generous amount of shredded cabbage. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
