Preparation Instructions

3. Cook the Seitan
Add the marinated seitan to the skillet with the vegetables. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seitan is heated through and slightly crispy.
4. Prepare the Tortillas
While the seitan is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
5. Assemble the Tacos
Place a generous amount of the seitan and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Top with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
