Prepare the Hamburger Patty
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty and set aside.

Cook the Hamburger Patty
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the hamburger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Prepare the Brisket
If using leftover brisket, reheat it in a pan or microwave until warmed through.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each hamburger bun, layer the hamburger patty with melted cheese, the country fried steak patty, slices of brisket, and roasted green chile strips. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve the Wild West Burger with a side of fries.
