Chill the Champagne
Ensure that the champagne or sparkling wine is well chilled before serving.

Juice the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, juice them to make 2 cups of fresh orange juice.

Prepare Glassware
Select champagne flutes or any preferred glassware for serving the mimosas.

Mix Ingredients
In each glass, pour 1 part orange juice and 2 parts champagne. Adjust the ratio to taste.
