Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the clams, shrimp, and mussels under cold water and set aside.
- 2
Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add Garlic and Spices
Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4
Combine with Tomato Sauce
Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5
Prepare the Fish
In a baking dish, place the red snapper fillets. Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the fish, ensuring they are well covered.
- 6
Add Seafood
Arrange the clams, shrimp, and mussels on top of the fish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- 7
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the seafood is opaque.
- 8
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, ideally with roasted potatoes and vegetables on the side.
