Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add Garlic and Peppers
Stir in the minced garlic and the chopped red bell pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers soften.

Add Tomatoes
Pour in the canned diced tomatoes and stir well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cook the Seafood
Add the fish fillets, shrimp, squid, and clams/mussels to the skillet. Season with coriander, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.

Serve
Serve the mariscada hot over a bed of cooked rice, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
