Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Lobster Tails
While the potatoes and rice are cooking, prepare the lobster tails. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out to rest on top of the shell. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat.

Grill the Filet Mignon
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
