Preparation Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster
Start by cleaning the lobsters. Rinse them under cold water and then split them in half lengthwise.
2. Marinate the Lobster
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the lobster halves and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Prepare the Potatoes
While the lobster is marinating, peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds. Rinse the slices in cold water and pat them dry.
4. Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the potato slices in batches and fry until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
5. Grill the Lobster
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated lobster halves on the grill shell-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve
