Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the onion and bell peppers into strips. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Push the sautéed vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the pork chops. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the pork is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and vegetables. Stir to combine and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the pork chops hot, garnished with sautéed onions and peppers, alongside roasted potatoes, rice, and vegetables.
