Make the Filling
Remove the yolks from the egg whites and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Preparing the Bacon

Cook the Bacon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bacon slices on the sheet and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Once done, let them cool and crumble into small pieces.
Frying the Eggs

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water until smooth.

Assemble the Deviled Eggs
Fill each fried egg white half with the whipped yolk mixture. Top with crumbled bacon and, if desired, place a grilled shrimp on top of each.
