Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven and Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix Sugars and Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Bake the Brownies

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  7. 7

    Cool and Top

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Once cooled, remove from the pan and cut into squares. Top each brownie with fudge sauce, a scoop of ice cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
