1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

2. Prepare Pizza Base

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

3. Add Sauce and Cheese

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

4. Layer Pepperoni

Arrange half of the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

5. Add More Cheese

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni layer.

6. Final Pepperoni Layer

Top with the remaining pepperoni slices.

7. Add Parmesan and Bake

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and place the pizza in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

8. Finish and Serve

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle with hot sauce and garnish with chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
