Preparation Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the pizza dough into a circle large enough to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet.

2. Prepare the Toppings

Slice the red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh jalapeño. Chop the carrots and celery into small pieces. Crumble the Italian sausage and chop the pepperoni.

3. Assemble the Pizza

Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough. Layer the mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the pepperoni, Italian sausage, red peppers, onions, pepperoncini, carrots, and celery.

4. Add the Jalapeño

Slice the jalapeño in half lengthwise and press it into the crust edge of the pizza.

5. Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

6. Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve with ranch dressing on the side.
