Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Apply Dry Rub (Optional)
If using a dry rub, sprinkle your choice of dry rub over the wings and toss to coat well.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Sauce the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce to coat evenly.

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and a side of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
