Prepare the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and blackened. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the Salad
While the chicken is resting, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce is well coated.

Assemble the Salad
Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on top of the dressed romaine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons for crunch.

Serve immediately while the chicken is warm.
