Mix Filling Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of ground pork, 1 cup of finely chopped green onions, 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sesame oil, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Roll out Dough
After the dough has rested, divide it into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle about 3 inches in diameter.
- 5
Fill Gyoza
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Steam Gyoza
Carefully add 1 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Steam the gyoza for about 5-7 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are cooked through.
